My Pavlova journey

Pavlova



Pavlova seem to be hot item at Eppycure Kitchen. Interestingly, it begin a few year ago. Circa 22 June 2011, I made a promise to treat a friend of mine, a slice of Pavlova from Serai, Empire Gallery. Unfortunately, everybody seems to be so busy, the promise unfulfilled until 2012. As usual, we had makan2 for my friend. Then, teringatlah janji yang masih tinggal janji masa tu. Since, I was jobless at the time [errr.. consider until now :( ] Terfikirlah, How about treat him with homemade Pavlova? Jadi bergegas2 la saya mencari barang2 yang patut and buat research on few recipes. So I came out with my own version. As a result, macam nih la rupanya pada mula2.




Bukan setakat Pavlova je yang dibuat hari tu, I bake Lemon Meringue too... (gigih la kalau mood memasak dah datang, oh yang nih pon improvise, resipi sendiri. siap menguli doh for the crust juga.. ummm teringat pula menguli doh pizza kat Aalen, ok back to the story :p)




Tapi gambar dah siap tak ambil, lupa hahahaha nih jer yang adanya. Bawaklah aku dengan gigihnya ke Belanga, Empire Gallery. Pendek cerita, depa kata it's good (harap2 tak kena tipu la kan) So, the journey take on from there, when another friend of mine initiate the first order. Thanks to you my friends~

Smoke Salmon Pasta with Grilled Salmon


Ini la resipi sendiri Smoke Salmon Fettucinne with Baked Salmon. Asal resipi ni datang masa makan Smoke Salmon Pasta di cafe Valencia kat bandar Aalen dulu. Rasa macam sedap, balik rumah try improvise and buat sendiri. Resipi ni la buat pergi audition Masterchef Malaysia yang pertama pada 2011. Sayang tak terpilih untuk rancangan tu walaupun verdict bilik 1 (juri rasa) ketiga-tiga juri cakap sedap and suggest pasta kalau boleh buat sendiri. Verdict bilik 2 pula perihal personaliti, 2 out of 3 yes. Sadly, final result, tak terpilih. Redha jer la..
